Our first event of 2024 saw a small but dedicated attendance at the President's house where local members enjoyed a curry buffet lunch before a walk to the foreshore to admire the two boat in attendance. In sunny weather, with winds too light for sailing, Maid of Lorne motored over from her berth in Rhu to pick up a bouy, while Robinetta cheated a bit by remaining on her own mooring.

Moyra was not quite ready to launch for the season, and Rawanah is still undergoing restoration in Crinan Boatyard, while Lady Anne is still awaiting a decision on her fate, but having the owners of 5 local OGA boats attending a rally in Scotland in an encouraging sign of things to come.
