South West Gaffers second Plymouth Festival of Sail took place in July 2019 at Queen Anne's Battery (QAB) marina.

The fleet enjoyed a race in light airs on the first day which was won by Robert Green’s Jewell “Lapwing” and a cruise in company up to Saltash SC on the second.
