In February 2020 a group of South West Gaffers were privileged to have a conducted tour of Luke Powell's new 68" pilot cutter "Pellew" as she approached completion prior to her launch a few weeks later. 

The visit was organised by Don Garman and his full report appears in the March 2020 edition of Dog Watch (No. 39).
