The list below shows the basic construction sequence. It is up to the individual builder to decide when to make individual componetnts such as the rudder or centreboard case.

• Prepare Hull Panels
• Set up Jig and secure to floor
• Fix fore and aft bulkheads to the jig
• Fit Hull panels to the jig, cable tie seams
• Tape outer seams and fair
• Attach Skeg
• Fill and fair seams
• Flow coat and prime hull
• Remove hull from jig
• Fit forward longitudinal frame
• Fit half bulkheads forward
• Fit aft longitudinal bulkhead and transom doubler
• Fit centrecase
• Fit side tank bulkheads
• Fit side tank side panels
• Fillet and tape joints
• Fit battens to bulkhead and frame upper edges.
• Fit deck
• Fit gunwhale/inwhale
• Fit quarter knees
