Forward Buoyancy Tank
The interior structure is made up of the two bulkheads that were fitted during the hull construction process. These form two of the buoyancy tanks so all joints maust be made air tight.
Fit the longitudinal bulkhead between the stem and the forward bulkhead as shown here. Fillet the bulkhead in place but the taping can be done later once the forward part bulkheads are in place.
The two part-bulkheads are fitted and bonded in with epoxy and tape as before. Once the tank is sealed the battens are fitted for the deck. See the section on fitting the deck for more details. The inside of the tank is coated with epoxy to seal it. In this picture you can see the hole for the inspection hatch. This should be cutout to suit the hatch to be used.
