The Maldon and Heybridge Heritage Harbour Group are applying to have Maldon designated as a Heritage Harbour. This may result in cheaper berthing for traditional boats as well as making Maldon a more desirable tourist destination.

Put the date in your diary for the ever popular Swallows and Amazons small boat rally weekend at the Walton and Frinton Yacht Club. There will be a race on the Saturday, and a sail in company on the Sunday (weather permitting).
