In July 2019 Alasdair Mackenzie and his sister took his winkle brig 'Faith' on a trip down the Thames from Oxford and through London, arriving home in Brightlingsea several days later. His log of the adventure won the Log Prize at the East Coast AGM. This is now available to download in full.

Classic Boat Magazine has announced the nominations for the 2020 Awards. Read on to find how to vote and see some of the boats from the OGA online boat register, including the Association dinghy.

OGA Member, Kevin Gorringe, is undertaking some research to evaluate the current problem of keel failure in monohull yachts, concentrating on fixed, drop and canter design. He is working with the Marine Learning Alliance, IMarEST and Plymouth University. Can you help him by completing the survey?
