Judging and prizes
Shortlisting and judging is carried out within the OGA. Photographs will be judged on their relevance to the category, photographic quality and their impact through atmosphere or context.
Three prizes are awarded in each category.
Prizes for 2019 will be nautical books from Bloomsbury Publishing, the home of Adlard Coles Nautical, Reeds and Conway, and from Bookharbour.com.
We are grateful to both companies for supporting us in this way.
Winners will be announced and prizes awarded at the AGM in Bristol, January 2020. The winning photographs will be featured in the Spring 2020 issue of Gaffers Log and on the OGA website.
